Meetings of the Parish Council are normally held on the fourth Tuesday of the month from 7:30pm, in Cromhall Village Hall. Any changes to the date or locations below will be published here and on the council noticeboards. Occasionally, additional meetings may be held to discuss particular issues; these will be advertised in the same way.
Agendas will be published at least three working days before the date of the meeting. Draft minutes are published within two weeks of the meeting. Final minutes are published once they have been approved at the following meeting.
All council meetings have a ‘public participation’ slot where residents are welcome to raise matters of concern.
